AI Systems Engineer
I build systems that
actually ship.
I'm an operations engineer who builds AI-powered tools for real businesses. Production systems that handle orders, automate workflows, and solve problems people have right now.
Selected Work
Systems I designed and shipped.
The Moment
Full-Stack E-Commerce Platform
Production e-commerce for an artisanal bakery. Multi-brand monorepo, real-time admin dashboard, dual payments, and 38 end-to-end tests covering the full order-to-fulfillment flow.
CareerOS
AI-Augmented Job Search Pipeline
A variant-enforced resume system with 99 Python tools, 7-channel employer research, and two-machine deployment. Quality over quantity: 25+ targeted applications with tailored materials.
Silvio OS
Always-On Personal Operating System
A Telegram-powered second brain running 24/7 on a VPS. Captures knowledge, enriches it with AI, answers questions via RAG, generates daily briefs, and tracks commitments. One chat interface, always on.
DiscoveryOS
Evidence-Driven Service Design Framework
A methodology-as-system that prevents premature solution-building. Four AI agent roles, five core artifacts, and structured interview guides enforce discovery before design. Pure markdown, zero code dependencies.
About
I'm Silvio. Operations engineer who thinks in systems and builds with AI.
I work at the overlap of business operations, automation, and AI. I design how things should work end-to-end, then build the systems to make it happen. Whether it's a bakery's order management, a career search pipeline, an always-on personal AI, or a service design framework, I like problems where the right system can replace busywork with clarity.
I build with Python, TypeScript, and Next.js. I think with Obsidian, spreadsheets, and way too many markdown files. Every project here was built solo, end-to-end: architecture, design, implementation, testing, deployment. Systems thinking, AI-assisted development, and a refusal to ship anything half-done.
How I work
- Local-first architecture. Your data, your control.
- AI as augmentation, not replacement
- Documentation-driven development
- Test everything that matters, ship what works
- Minimum viable complexity: the simplest system that solves the problem

Off the clock
When I'm not building systems, I'm probably doing one of these:
Gaming
FPS and RPGs mostly. I like games where the system IS the game.
Learning French
Built an entire SRS system for it. Yes, I automated my language learning.
Working out
Gym sessions tracked through Health Connect. The data feeds this widget.
